Brian Keith Jackson is the author of the critically acclaimed novel, The View From Here, which received the First Fiction Literary Award from the Black Caucus of the American Library Association. He has received fellowships from Art Matters, the Jereome Foundation and the Millay Colony of the Arts. He lives in New York City.
